The TPL8151 series are 1.5-A high-current, low dropout linear regulators with up to 29-V wide input voltage range.

The TPL8151 series support adjustable output voltage ranges from 1.25 V with external resistor divider and is stable with 10 μF to 100 μF tantalum output capacitor.

The TPL8151 series are compatible with older three-terminal adjustable linear regulators, but has lower dropout voltage, tight output tolerance and better transient performance.

The TPL8151 series provide thermal-enhanced 4×4 DFN-8, ESOP8, and SOT223-3 package with guaranteed operating temperature range from –40°C to +125°C.
