The Holtek microcontroller of this series is based on Arm ® Cortex ®- The 32-bit high-performance low-power microcontroller with M0+processor core. Cortex ®- M0+is a new generation processor core that closely combines the nested vector interrupt controller (NVIC), system timer (SysTick Timer) and advanced debugging support.

This series of single chip computers can work at the frequency up to 20 MHz, with the help of Flash accelerator to obtain greater efficiency. It provides up to 32 KB of embedded Flash memory for program/data storage and up to 4 KB of embedded SRAM memory for system operation and application applications. This series of single-chip microcomputer has a variety of peripherals, such as hardware divider DIV, ADC, I2C, UART, SPI, GPTM, PWM, BFTM, RTC, WDT, SW-DP (serial line debugging port), etc. Several power-saving modes are provided, which has more optimized flexibility in wake-up delay and power consumption, which is the key consideration in low-power applications.
