该系列单片机可借助Flash 加速器工作在高达40MHz (HT32F52231/HT32F52241) 或48MHz (HT32F52331/HT32F52341) 的频率下，以获得较大的效率。它提供64KB 的嵌入式Flash 存储器 用于程序代码/ 数据存储，8KB 的嵌入式SRAM 存储器用作系统操作和应用程序使用。此系列 单片机具有多种外设，如A/D 转换器、I²C、USART、UART、SPI、MCTM、GPTM、SCTM、CRC- 16/32、RTC、WDT、SCI、USB2.0 FS、SW-DP ( 串行线调试端口) 等。多种省电模式的灵活切换可 实现唤醒延迟和功耗间较大优化，此特性在低功耗应用方面尤为重要。

Holtek HT32F522x1/523x1 series is based on Arm ® Cortex ®- The 32-bit high-performance low-power microcontroller with M0+processor core. Cortex ®- M0+is a new generation processor core that closely combines the nested vector interrupt controller (NVIC), system timer (SysTick Timer) and advanced debugging support.

This series of single chip computers can work at the frequency up to 40MHz (HT32F52231/HT32F52241) or 48MHz (HT32F52331/HT32F52341) with the help of the Flash accelerator to obtain greater efficiency.
